Autism India 'Career Line'

As another step in our continuous effort to make Autism India improve the lives of every one touched by Autism in India and even abroad, we would like to introduce a new service -Career Line.
It is aimed at helping both the job hunters as well as those who are looking for professional help or assistance in the field of Autism related services.
For the time being, we are looking for
- Speech Language Pathologists/ Therapists
- Special Educators/ Trainers
- ABA / VBA / TEACCH Therapists
- Occupational/ Sensory Integration Therapists
- Early Intervention specialists, etc.
Who can get benefited from the new service:

To begin with, we have received an offer from a British family, who is looking for an ABA therapist for Doha, Qatar. Please find below the details.

VACANCY # 1 - FULL TIME ABA THERAPIST - DOHA, QATAR.
An expatriate British family living in the Arabian Gulf (Doha, Qatar), seeking an experienced/ qualified full time ABA therapist/ team leader for implementing a 40 hr/week programme for a 6 year old non-verbal autistic boy. The programme will be partly home and partly school based and will involve training other therapists and family members.
The conditions are:
- Payment negotiable and commensurate with experience
- 1 flight home per year (plus tickets at start and end of contract)
- Accommodation provided: 2 bed fully furnished flat (separate from family)
- Regular international travel
- Use of driver for work
- 1 months leave per year
- Support in personal CPD in the field of Autism Eg: attending international conferences, seminars etc
- Minimum 1 year contract
- Should have minimum 5 years experience working with individual children, academic qualifications in the field are a bonus
- Start date: January/February 2006
